Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an International Business Development Manager located in Daskroi. The role involves identifying and developing new international markets for derma and skin care products, building and managing relationships with distributors, partners, and key stakeholders across target geographies. The International Business Development Manager will conduct market research, analyze competitive landscapes, prepare sales forecasts, and develop strategies for entry and expansion in overseas markets. Responsibilities include managing export inquiries, negotiating contracts and pricing, ensuring regulatory and documentation compliance for international trade, and coordinating with internal teams such as production, quality assurance, logistics, and finance. The role also includes monitoring performance against sales targets, preparing regular business reports, and representing the company at international trade fairs, conferences, and customer meetings as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in international sales, business development, and key account management within pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
- Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and strategic planning for global market entry and expansion.
- Knowledge of export procedures, international trade regulations, and documentation related to pharmaceutical products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships across cultures.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects and timelines.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, International Trade, Pharma Management, or a related field.
- Experience in derma or skin care pharmaceuticals, especially in international markets, is highly preferred.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required and work on-site in Daskroi.
