We are looking for a motivated and freshly qualified Chartered Accountant to join our Internal Audit team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to the internal audit function of a leading listed NBFC and work closely with senior management on risk-based audits, regulatory compliance, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Execute risk-based internal audits across business and support functions.
Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and identify control gaps.
Review compliance with RBI regulations, internal policies, and statutory requirements.
Prepare audit observations and discuss findings with business teams.
Track implementation of audit recommendations.
Analyse business processes and recommend operational improvements.
