Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CA article position for a CA student, based in Delhi, India. The role involves supporting audit, assurance, and tax assignments, including working on income tax and GST matters, documentation, and preparation of working papers. Daily responsibilities include assisting in bookkeeping, financial statement preparation under applicable standards, and handling client queries under supervision. The CA article will help with compliance filings, data analysis, drafting responses for assessments or litigation, and coordinating with senior team members on various client engagements. The role offers exposure to business setup processes, Virtual CFO assistance, and NGO/non-profit compliance work, providing practical training aligned with CA curriculum requirements.
Qualifications
- Enrolled as a CA student and eligible for articleship as per ICAI guidelines.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting concepts.
- Interest in direct and indirect taxation, including income tax, GST, and international taxation.
- Ability to use MS Excel, Word, and other office productivity tools for data analysis and documentation.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work with numbers accurately.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for drafting emails, notes, and basic reports.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work under guidance in a structured professional environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Exposure or interest in IFRS/Ind AS, NGO/non-profit compliance, and Virtual CFO assignments will be an advantage.
