We are seeking an experienced and qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to lead and manage our Accounts & Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire accounting function, ensuring statutory compliance, managing financial reporting, implementing strong financial controls, and leading a high-performing accounts team. The candidate should possess excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Accounts & Finance team to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Oversee the complete accounting cycle, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Bank Reconciliations.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards, Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory regulations.
- Coordinate and manage statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and financial due diligence.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, budgets, and financial forecasts.
- Develop and implement financial controls, accounting policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, Income Tax returns, ROC filings, and other statutory submissions.
- Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management.
- Drive automation and process improvements within the finance function.
- Support management with MIS reports, budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of financial data.
Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- 8–15 years of post-qualification experience in accounting and finance.
- Experience managing a finance/accounting team.
- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Tally, along with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
