Rajwaa & Epiphany (R&E) is expanding its team and is looking for motivated, adaptable, and enthusiastic interns who are interested in building a career in the Events, Experiential Marketing, Intellectual Properties (IPs), Art Installations, Sales, Marketing, Production, and Business Development industry.
This internship offers an opportunity to work on real-world projects and gain practical exposure across the complete lifecycle of experiential projects — from concept development and business development to production and on-ground execution.
Key Areas of ExposureEvents & Experiential Marketing
- Event planning, coordination, and execution
- Experiential and immersive experiences
- Corporate, retail, entertainment, and special events
- Supporting event concepts and project execution
Intellectual Properties (IPs)
- Research and development of new IP concepts
- Supporting IP planning, development, and execution
- Themed experiences and entertainment concepts
- IP collaborations and project development
- Researching trends, audiences, and emerging experiential formats
Art Installations & Creative Experiences
- Art and experiential installation projects
- Thematic, seasonal, and large-scale installations
- Installations for events, malls, public spaces, and various environments
- Coordination with creative, design, fabrication, and production teams
- Understanding the process from concept to final execution
Sales, Marketing & Business Development
- Lead generation and prospect identification
- Researching brands, corporates, agencies, and potential clients
- Client communication and follow-ups
- Supporting business development initiatives
- Assisting with proposals, presentations, and pitch decks
- Identifying new business and partnership opportunities
Production & Operations
- Supporting event production and execution
- Vendor, fabricator, and production-team coordination
- Logistics and material planning
- Site visits and on-ground coordination
- Installation, setup, and dismantling
- Monitoring timelines and assigned deliverables
- Coordinating across creative, design, production, and operations teams
Cross-Functional Learning & ResponsibilitiesThis is a hands-on, cross-functional internship. Interns will have the opportunity to work across multiple functions based on their skills, interests, and project requirements.
We are looking for individuals who are willing to learn beyond a defined job description, take ownership of responsibilities, and contribute wherever required.
The role may involve exposure to:
Business Development → Sales → Client Coordination → Concept & IP Development → Creative & Design → Production → Art Installations → Event Execution
