Role Summary
We are hiring a Graduate Engineer Trainee (Cloud) to manage cloud infrastructure, DNS, SSL, email systems, and domains across AWS, Google Workspace, Cloudflare, and Comodo SSL, GoDaddy Domain name. You will also deliver tech support, consulting, conduct online customer training, and create technical knowledge base articles. Complete on-the-job training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Cloud & Domain Management: Set up and manage cloud hosting, email solutions, domains, SSL certificates, and DNS records.
- Client Support & Consulting: Provide technical consulting and troubleshoot customer issues.
- Training & Documentation: Conduct online client training and draft technical knowledge articles.
Eligibility & Required Qualifications
- Eligible Degrees: B.E. / B.Tech (CS & IT), B.Sc IT, BCA, MCA, or M.Tech.
- Eligible Batch: 2026 Passouts only.
- Academic Criteria: Minimum 75% aggregate marks across all semesters/years (10th, 12th, Graduation, PG).
- Location: Must reside in Mumbai along the Western Line (Virar to Churchgate).
- Strong basics in cloud hosting, DNS, email systems, web domains, and excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior internship in Cloud, IT Support, or Systems Administration is a big plus.
- Basic familiarity with AWS, Cloudflare, or Google Workspace.
Work Schedule & Offer
- Shift: 5 Days Working (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
- Training: Full on-the-job training provided.
- Work Type: 100% On-Site (Goregaon East, Mumbai).
