Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Intern Assistant role based in Mumbai. The Intern Assistant will support day-to-day operations across various creative and production activities, including coordinating schedules, organizing files and documents, and assisting with internal communication and team follow-ups. The role involves helping with research for projects, preparing basic reports or presentations, and supporting content, production, or talent teams with administrative and logistical tasks. The Intern Assistant may assist during meetings or shoots, take notes, track action items, and help ensure smooth workflows between departments. This position offers exposure to the media and entertainment industry and an opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including clear email and document drafting.
- Basic proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software) and comfort with digital collaboration platforms.
- Demonstrated interest in media, entertainment, film, animation, or related creative fields.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team, take initiative, and maintain a professional, respectful attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn, ask questions, and adapt to evolving project needs.
- Current student or recent graduate in any discipline; coursework in communications, media, film, business, or related fields is an advantage but not required.
- Availability to work on-site in Mumbai on a full-time schedule.
