About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Interior Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out projects from execution to handover. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality workmanship, timely project completion, effective coordination with contractors and vendors, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
Success in this role means delivering projects on schedule, maintaining excellent quality, minimizing site issues, and ensuring seamless communication between clients, designers, and execution teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out activities at project sites.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, project managers, contractors, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor site progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Inspect workmanship and ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements.
- Plan and schedule manpower, materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
- Verify measurements and site conditions before execution.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and coordinate with the design team for necessary modifications.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials at the project site.
- Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks during all stages of execution.
- Attend client meetings and provide project progress updates.
- Coordinate project handover, snag rectification, and final completion documentation.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out, commercial, residential, or turnkey projects.
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furniture, joinery, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, and shop drawings.
- Experience in project scheduling, site planning, and execution management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.
