Interior Architect
SNC Promoters & Developers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, detail-oriented and technically strong Interior Architect to join our team in Defence Colony, Delhi.
📍 Location: Defence Colony, Delhi

About the Opportunity
We are looking for an Interior Architect with hands-on experience in residential and commercial interior projects, with strong expertise in interior planning, working drawings, GFC drawings, space planning, 3D visualization, materials and site execution.
The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling projects from concept development and design documentation through site execution and coordination, while maintaining design quality, technical accuracy and project timelines
.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop interior architectural concepts, space planning, layouts and design solutions.
- Prepare detailed AutoCAD working drawings and GFC drawings.
- Prepare furniture, electrical, ceiling, flooring and construction-detail drawings.
- Develop architectural and interior detailing required for execution.
- Create 3D models, renders and client presentations.
- Understand client requirements, functional needs, design preferences, scope and budgets.
- Conduct site visits, measurements and site inspections.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, consultants, suppliers and site teams.
- Coordinate with civil, structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other services wherever required.
- Ensure approved design intent is maintained during execution.
- Select and recommend materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, colours, textures and interior elements.
- Prepare/review BOQs, estimates and quantity-related documentation as required.
- Manage design revisions based on client requirements and site conditions.
- Identify and resolve design, drawing, measurement and execution-related issues.
- Maintain project drawings, revisions, technical documentation and design records.
- Manage multiple projects/tasks while maintaining quality and deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or relevant field.
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in Interior Architecture / Interior Design.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD – Mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with SketchUp – Mandatory.
- Working knowledge of at least one visualization/rendering software such as:
- Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, 3ds Max, Revit or similar.
- Strong understanding of:
- Space Planning
- Interior Detailing
- Working Drawings
- GFC Drawings
- Materials & Finishes
- Furniture
- Site Execution
- Practical experience in contractor/vendor coordination.
- Strong client communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail, technical accuracy and problem-solving ability.
Mandatory Requirements
✅ 5–6 years of relevant Interior Architecture / Interior Design experience
✅ Strong AutoCAD & SketchUp knowledge
✅ Experience preparing Working Drawings & GFC Drawings
✅ Residential and/or Commercial Interior Project experience
✅ Proficiency in at least one rendering/visualization software
✅ Practical site visit and execution experience
✅ Contractor, vendor and site-team coordination experience
✅ Portfolio is mandatory
Candidates with less than 5 years of relevant experience will not be considered.
