⚠️ MANDATORY CRITICAL MATCH CRITERIA (READ FIRST):
✅ Experience: 5 to 10 years of dedicated BIM Architecture experience (minimum 3–5 years hands-on project experience in Revit Architecture). Candidates from The BIM Engineers are strictly excluded.
✅ Education: B.Arch / M.Arch (Reputed university) or Architectural Diploma with 5+ years of relevant Revit experience. Civil Engineering profiles are not preferred.
✅ Core Skills: Hands-on experience in commercial construction, high-rise buildings (13+ stories), BIM modeling, BIM coordination, clash resolution, family creation, worksharing, and adhering to BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
✅ Software/Tools: Advanced proficiency in Revit Architecture; basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Navisworks, and SketchUp.
✅ Communication: Strong English written and spoken skills for international client coordination. ✅ Logistics: 100% Onsite role in Gurgaon with willingness for temporary client site deputation (local/overseas).
➡️ Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Senior BIM Architect to drive commercial and high-rise architectural projects from pre-construction through hand-off. The ideal candidate will produce high-quality BIM deliverables, enforce model standard compliance, and actively coordinate multi-disciplinary BIM workflows.
💼 Core Responsibilities
✔️ BIM Modeling & Execution: Lead 3D Revit architectural modeling, family creation, and produce deliverables aligned with project schedules and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
✔️ Quality Control & Standards: Enforce BIM standards (fonts, dimensions, line styles, levels/layers) and ensure model integrity with zero unintended components.
✔️ Clash & Multi-Disciplinary Coordination: Perform clash detection and worksharing setups to ensure seamless integration with structural and MEP models.
✔️ Project Documentation: Generate detailed architectural pre-construction and construction documentation within standard Revit workflows.
✔️ Onsite & Client Support: Provide document control support and manage onsite client coordination as required during project phases.
