- Engineering in computer science/IT, electronics and related disciplines.
- 6-10years of experience in the IP domain.
Maintains knowledge of:
- Experience in US, Indian, EP Patent Drafting and prosecution in the domain of software patents.
- Knowledge of US, Indian and EPO patent laws.
- Any relevant course/certification in IP will be preferred but is not a limitation.
- Analytical/problem solving skills with capability to identify solutions to complex problems,
- Ready to learn and expand the scope of skills across IP and Open-source compliance.
