Role Summary
ID to design and develop learning collaterals, storyboards, assessments, and learning materials for digital, blended, virtual, and instructor-led modalities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop learning collaterals using Microsoft Suite and approved templates.
- Create text and visual storyboards including UI, visual design, and functionality specifications.
- Develop assessments, instructional activities, instructor guides, participant guides, job aids, and self-study materials.
- Visualize instructional graphics and maintain quality using style guides, checklists, and delivery guidelines.
- Collaborate with SMEs and team members to achieve project goals and ensure timely delivery.
