About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Inside Sales Support Executive to join our Sales Team. The role will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, order coordination and supporting the Sales Team in delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and coordinate customer enquiries for machines & accessories.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the Sales Team to provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare and share quotations and provide customers with timely order-status updates.
- Follow up on quotations, offers, pending orders, and potential sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer databases, enquiry records, quotation status, and order records.
- Update calls and follow-ups in internal systems and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain professional and timely communication with existing and prospective customers.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with industrial machinery, engineering products, machines, or spare parts will be an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and communicate effectively with customers.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries, follow-ups, and priorities simultaneously.
- Customer-oriented, proactive, and detail-focused approach.
