📢 WE ARE HIRING – INSIDE SALES ASSISTANT
Sakar Engineers is looking for a motivated and organized professional to join our team.
🔹 Position
Inside Sales Assistant
📍 Location
Govandi, Mumbai, Maharashtra
💼 Key Responsibilities
• Handle incoming customer enquiries and RFQs
• Maintain customer & enquiry database
• Prepare and coordinate quotations
• Follow up with customers for quotation status and requirements
• Coordinate with the Sales, Technical, Accounts & Service teams
• Maintain daily follow-up and enquiry status reports
• Schedule customer meetings and appointments
• Send quotations, catalogues, drawings and other documents
• Maintain proper records of customer communication
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales MIS reports
• Track pending enquiries, quotations and follow-ups
• Assist the sales team in day-to-day coordination and documentation
🎯 Key Skills Required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office
• Good email drafting and communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented approach
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Good customer handling skills
• Basic understanding of sales processes
• Experience with CRM will be an advantage
👤 Candidate Profile
• Graduate in any discipline
• 1–2 years of experience in Inside Sales / Sales Coordination / Sales Support
• Experience in the B2B/Industrial/Engineering industry will be preferred
• Should be proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
