Role Description The Inside Sales Support role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating with external sales teams and internal departments to ensure timely delivery and service. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales systems, following up on leads, supporting sales operations activities, and assisting in resolving customer issues to drive satisfaction. The role also requires gathering customer requirements, sharing product information, and supporting the sales team in meeting revenue and service targets.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Inside Sales and Sales Operations to manage inquiries, quotations, and order processing efficiently.
- Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to handle queries, follow up proactively, and support long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact clearly with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in industrial, process, or fluid power products is beneficial.
- Ability to use CRM tools, MS Office, and basic business software effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Diploma or degree in engineering, business, or a related field is preferred.
