🎯 WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Pretty simple.
We generate the leads.
You make the magic happen. 😉
Your role will be to:
📞 Connect with prospective learners through leads generated by our internal marketing team
🎓 Understand their career goals and educate them about the right upskilling programs
💡 Help them understand the value of our courses and how they can accelerate their careers
🤝 Build meaningful conversations and create trust
🎯 Convert qualified prospects into enrollments
📈 Consistently work towards and achieve your sales targets
👀 WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We’re particularly interested in people who have:
✅ Experience in Inside Sales
✅ Prior experience selling Upskilling / EdTech / Online Education / Professional Courses
✅ Strong communication and convincing skills
✅ A target-oriented mindset
✅ The ability to handle objections and close conversations
✅ The hunger to learn, earn and grow
