At Quantum Academics, we’re helping students and working professionals build skills for the careers of tomorrow.
We’re looking for confident, energetic communicators who can connect with people, understand their needs and help them find the right learning opportunity.
What you’ll do
• Make outbound calls to prospective students and leads
• Understand their career goals, requirements and interests
• Clearly explain our courses, programs and learning opportunities
• Answer questions and handle basic objections professionally
• Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication
• Identify genuine prospects and move qualified leads to the next stage
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and lead status
• Work towards daily and monthly calling/conversion targets
• Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team
• Build a positive experience for every prospective student you speak with
Who we’re looking for
• Freshers are welcome - sales experience is NOT mandatory
• Experienced candidates can also apply
• Excellent English communication skills are essential
• Languages preferred: Telugu, Hindi & Tamil
• Confident and comfortable speaking with people over the phone
• Good listening, interpersonal and follow-up skills
• Target-oriented and motivated to learn
• Comfortable working from office
• Willing to work in rotational shifts
