About Vyapar TaxOne
Vyapar TaxOne (formerly Suvit) is an AI-powered accounting automation and compliance platform designed for Chartered Accountants, tax professionals, and accounting firms across India.
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Inside / Inbound to lead a large sales team and drive overall sales performance, productivity, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor 4–5 Team Leaders and their sales teams.
• Manage and drive performance of 40–80 sales professionals.
• Achieve sales targets and improve conversion rates.
• Monitor sales productivity, KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Develop strategies and action plans to improve team performance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and coaching.
• Analyze sales data to identify performance gaps and opportunities.
• Work with management on sales planning, forecasting, and revenue targets.
• Ensure effective lead management, follow-ups, and customer experience.
What We're Looking For:
• 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in SaaS / Fintech / Software.
• Strong experience managing large inside/inbound sales teams.
• Experience managing Team Leaders and high-volume sales operations.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and strategic planning skills.
• Good understanding of sales KPIs, dashboards, and CRM tools.
• Proven experience in achieving sales targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
