Location: Remote (India)
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM (IST)
Salary: ₹30,000/month + performance-based incentives
Role Overview
You will handle incoming leads, speak to them, explain the TikTok live streaming opportunity, and convert them into active hosts. Your main focus is calling, convincing, and getting people onboard.
Key Responsibilities
- Call leads daily and follow up consistently
- Explain the LiveAlly opportunity in a simple, clear way
- Handle doubts and objections confidently
- Convince interested leads to start live streaming
- Guide them to the next step (onboarding team will take over after)
- Keep basic tracking of calls and conversions
- Hit daily and monthly onboarding targets
Requirements
- Strong communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Comfortable with calling and speaking to new people all day
- Sales or calling experience preferred (tele-calling, inside sales, etc.)
- Confident, persuasive, and result-driven
- Able to handle rejections and stay consistent

Compensation
- Base salary + performance incentives
