About the Role
DueCheck is looking for confident and result-oriented Sales Executives who can communicate with job seekers, explain the value of our Profile Verification Report, address candidate concerns, and help them complete the verification process.
This role is ideal for experienced sales professionals who are comfortable handling objections, building trust, and closing sales over phone calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact candidates through phone calls and other communication channels.
- Explain the purpose and benefits of the DueCheck Profile Verification Report.
- Address candidate questions and concerns professionally.
- Build trust and maintain a positive candidate experience.
- Convert interested candidates into successful report purchases.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
EXPERIENCE CANDIDATES ONLY – FRESHERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE.
- Proven experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, BPO Sales, Recruitment Sales, EdTech Sales, Financial Product Sales, Insurance Sales, or similar customer-facing sales roles.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong objection-handling and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance-based incentives.
- Self-motivated and disciplined while working remotely.
- Basic computer knowledge and internet connectivity.
Compensation
NO FIXED SALARY WILL BE PROVIDED.
- This is a 100% Commission-Based Opportunity.
- Earnings are directly linked to successful sales conversions.
- There is no fixed monthly salary, stipend, or retainer.
