As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Instrumentation Inside Sales Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Pre-sales:
- Developing accurate and competitive techno-commercial proposals by analyzing customer’s requirements and preparing detailed offer documentation.
- Key responsibilities include technical analysis, cost estimation and collaborating with the sales team and client to ensure all proposals meet the specifications and company standards.
- To clarify technical details, answer queries, participate in technical discussions and price negotiations with client, as required.
- To ensure that the enquiry deadlines are met, track individual progress of the proposals and suggest actions to sales team if required.
Post Sales:
- Preparation of post-order documentation (order acknowledgements, datasheets, GADs, QAPs etc.), participate in the resolution of client’s queries to ensure product approval.
- Provide technical support to project execution teams and customers after the contract has been awarded.
- Proper handover to respective teams (logistic, purchasing & commercial) to ensure all documentation is submitted as per project deadlines.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in the sales of process control instrumentation in industrial applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation/Electronics & Instrumentation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
