AA Industries manufactures precision fan shafts for OEMs and fan brands. We are hiring an IT Support Executive to maintain our IT infrastructure, resolve technical issues, and support the digitisation of factory operations.
Requirements
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, printers, software, and other IT equipment.
- Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity across the factory.
- Manage Microsoft 365 accounts, email, user access, and onboarding/offboarding.
- Support the biometric attendance system and troubleshoot connectivity and software issues.
- Provide technical support for CCTV connectivity and production tracking systems.
- Maintain data backups, antivirus protection, software updates, and IT asset records.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, installations, and unresolved issues.
- Help implement digital forms, dashboards, and basic workflow automation.
Requirements — IT Support Executive
- Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on IT support experience.
- Practical knowledge of Windows, computer hardware, printers, LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
- Experience managing Microsoft 365 accounts, email, and user access.
- Knowledge of data backups, antivirus protection, and basic cybersecurity.
- Ability to troubleshoot independently and coordinate with IT vendors.
- Experience supporting attendance systems, CCTV, or SQL Server is preferred.
- Knowledge of Excel, Power Automate, or AppSheet is an advantage.
- Available to work full-time, on-site in Faridabad.
CTC: ₹5,00,000 per annum (₹5 LPA).
