1-3 years of professional experience in System Engineering or IT support, including desktop and laptop support (Strictly not an Entry Level Job)
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Information Technology Support Engineer role based in Bengaluru. The role involves providing day-to-day technical support for end users, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, and managing tickets through the help desk system. The engineer will assist with system administration tasks such as user account management, device configuration, patching, and monitoring system performance.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills for resolving end-user issues and managing support tickets.
- Candidates should possess solid Information Technology and System Administration skills for managing devices, user accounts, servers, and basic network configurations.
- Candidates should possess effective Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
- Relevant experience in IT support or service desk environments, preferably within managed services or enterprise settings.
- Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and endpoint security tools.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
