Job Overview
We are looking for a confident and highly communicative IT Recruiter to join our team in Pune. The recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for India-based hiring, with a strong focus on Pune requirements, while coordinating closely with our US-based management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate confidently and professionally during direct client conversations.
- Work closely with the US management team
- Handle IT recruitment across US & India
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct candidate screening, initial interviews, and technical/experience-based assessments.
- Coordinate directly with candidates, hiring managers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Understand job requirements and identify candidates who closely match technical and business needs.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate offers, manage candidate expectations, and support candidates through the joining process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment and candidate records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong confidence in communicating directly with clients and hiring managers.
- Hands-on experience with IT/Technical Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Good understanding of IT technologies, roles, and skill sets.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
