📢 We’re Hiring | Operations Engineer – IT Operations
📍 Location: Pune, India
💰 Budget: ₹6–7 LPA
💼 Experience: 3+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Windows Server administration and IT infrastructure operations.
- Handle OS/application patch management and vulnerability remediation.
- Perform vulnerability assessments using Tenable or similar tools.
- Manage incidents, changes, and service requests through ServiceNow.
- Support CrowdStrike Falcon EDR, security monitoring, and incident response.
- Conduct user access reviews and PKI certificate management.
- Work on PowerShell scripting, backup/recovery, and infrastructure monitoring.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration.
- Strong knowledge of patch management, vulnerability management, and IT Operations.
- Experience with ITSM processes and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure, VMware, and PowerShell is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Tenable, CrowdStrike, or similar security tools will be preferred.
