Youthnic is an Indian fashion brand creating affordable ethnic and fusion wear for Gen Z women. Our collections bring together Indian influences and contemporary designs across short kurtis, tops, kurta sets, co-ords, and occasion wear. With fresh designs and new product launches, we make expressive, comfortable fashion accessible for college, work, festivals, and everyday life.
We sell through our website, online marketplaces, and social media, connecting with customers who enjoy discovering new styles at affordable prices.
We are looking for an Influencer Marketing & Brand Partnerships Executive to develop and manage collaborations with social media influencers, content creators, agencies, and talent managers. The role requires someone who can initiate conversations, negotiate favourable commercial terms, close partnerships, and ensure campaigns are delivered successfully.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Researching and shortlisting relevant influencers, creators, and social media agencies based on audience fit, content quality, engagement, and budget.
- Initiating outreach through email, social media, and calls, and following up consistently to move opportunities forward.
- Presenting Youthnic’s brand, products, upcoming launches, and collaboration opportunities to potential partners.
- Collecting rate cards and proposals, comparing options, and recommending partnerships that offer strong value.
- Negotiating collaboration fees, agency charges, deliverables, payment terms, publishing timelines, and content usage rights.
- Structuring paid, barter, affiliate, and ongoing partnerships according to campaign objectives and approved budgets.
- Closing deals and documenting agreed terms, responsibilities, and deliverables before campaigns begin.
- Coordinating product selection, sample dispatch, campaign briefs, content approvals, and publishing schedules with internal teams.
- Maintaining an organised database of contacts, outreach activity, negotiations, agreements, payments, and campaign status.
- Tracking campaign performance, including reach, engagement, clicks, and attributable sales where tracking is available.
- Building ongoing relationships with reliable creators and agencies and identifying opportunities for repeat collaborations.
- Supporting new collection launches, festive campaigns, and social media sales initiatives.
We are looking for someone with:
- Relevant experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, agency coordination, or business development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and confidence speaking with creators, managers, and agency representatives.
- Practical negotiation skills, including the ability to discuss pricing, handle objections, and close agreements.
- An understanding of Instagram, creator marketing, and Gen Z fashion preferences.
- The ability to assess audience relevance and engagement quality alongside follower count.
- Strong follow-up, organisation, and time management skills.
- Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for maintaining partnership and campaign trackers.
- A commercial mindset that balances competitive pricing, content quality, and campaign results.
Experience with fashion, lifestyle, or direct-to-consumer brands is preferred. An existing network of influencers, creators, or agencies would be an advantage.
Success in this role will be measured by the quality of partnerships secured, value negotiated within approved budgets, timely completion of deliverables, and measurable campaign outcomes.
- Applicants should include their CV and a brief example of a partnership or campaign they have managed, explaining their contribution to outreach, negotiation, or deal closure.
