Position - Senior Investor Relations Location: BKC, Mumbai Reporting to: Promoter & CFO Position Overview The role will strengthen the Company’s engagement with investors, analysts, shareholders and other capital-market stakeholders, ensuring all communication is accurate, timely, transparent and aligned with the Company’s long-term value-creation story. The incumbent will combine strong accounting and financial-analysis capability with the ability to build trusted, long-term relationships through credibility, responsiveness and personal engagement. The role suits a professional who is high on substance and preparation, may not be outwardly flamboyant, and can represent the Company with maturity, consistency and sound judgement. Reporting to the Promoter & CFO, the incumbent will work closely with the Promoters, CFO, Finance, Secretarial, Legal, Strategy and Business Leadership teams. Investor and Analyst Relations • • • • • Own the Investor Relations calendar, outreach plan and market-engagement agenda. Build strong relationships with investors, analysts, fund managers and shareholders through regular and personalised engagement. Coordinate investor meetings, analyst interactions, conferences and management meetings, while expanding the Company’s visibility in the market. Provide the Promoters and senior leadership with insights on investor perception, analyst feedback, valuation trends and market expectations. Ensure timely responses, disciplined follow-up and accurate records of investor interactions. Financial Analysis and Accounting • • • • Develop a strong understanding of the Company’s financial statements, business performance and key operating drivers. Analyse the P&L, Balance Sheet, cash flow, working capital and key financial ratios. Prepare budget-versus-actual, year-on-year and period-on-period variance analysis. Work closely with Finance to ensure accuracy and consistency of all financial information used externally. Market Intelligence and Reporting • • • Monitor analyst reports, peer performance, industry developments, ownership trends and investor sentiment. Prepare periodic reports on valuation multiples, peer benchmarking, analyst estimates and shareholding trends. Share regular market-intelligence inputs with the Promoters and senior leadership. 1 Compliance and Strategic Support • • • • Coordinate with Finance, Secretarial and Legal teams on SEBI, Stock Exchange and disclosure requirements. Maintain proper documentation, audit trails and confidentiality of unpublished price-sensitive information. Support Board presentations, management reviews and special financial-analysis assignments. Assist on strategic projects, as required. Supporting the Sales Team • • • • Provide the Sales team with periodic financial and business updates on key listed clients. Track quarterly and annual results, revenue trends, profitability, investments, expansions and other important developments relating to these clients. Prepare concise client briefs covering financial background, ownership, market position, growth priorities and key business challenges. Highlight developments that may create advertising, partnership or business opportunities for the Company. Support the Sales team in preparing for client meetings with relevant financial insights, industry context and discussion points. Media Relations, Investor Communication and IR Systems • • • • Build and maintain strong media relations, including regular engagement with leading trade publications and other relevant industry platforms. Prepare earnings presentations, releases, financial summaries, management scripts, FAQs and conference-call materials. Maintain the Investor Relations website and ensure timely publication of results, presentations, annual reports and other disclosures. Maintain an updated investor and analyst database. Qualification and Experience • • • • • • Chartered Accountant preferred. The person should have strong accounting and financial analysis capability. Approximately 10–15 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Financial Reporting or Financial Planning and Analysis. Experience in a listed company is required. Prior responsibility for quarterly results, investor presentations, earnings calls, annual reports and analyst interactions is essential. Proven experience in engaging with Promoters, institutional investors, equity analysts, fund managers and senior leadership. Strong accounting experience will be an important selection criterion.
