Key Mandate
The CFO will lead:
• Financial strategy, planning & business performance
• Restaurant-level profitability & cash generation
• Financial reporting, audit, taxation & treasury
• Internal controls, governance & risk management
• Finance systems, ERP / POS integration
• Building and leading the finance function
• IPO readiness, financial due diligence & capital-market preparation
Ideal Profile
CA with 15–20+ years of leadership experience, preferably from:
✅ Restaurant / Hospitality / QSR
✅ Retail / FMCG / Consumer
✅ Multi-location businesses
IPO, capital raising, due diligence or listed-company experience will be highly relevant.
