Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area for an Independent Entrepreneur operating under the Self-entrepreneur brand. The role involves defining and refining product strategies, organizing and overseeing digital operations, and advising clients on best practices in product management and workflow optimization. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients, analyzing their current digital processes, designing improved structures and roadmaps, and coordinating implementation with stakeholders. The Independent Entrepreneur will manage their own business development activities, maintain client relationships, and continuously identify new opportunities for consulting and service offerings. The role requires a high level of autonomy, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to deliver clear, actionable guidance to diverse organizations.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in product management, including roadmap planning, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.
- Knowledge of product operations and process optimization for digital products or services.
- Ability to design and organize digital workflows, including documentation, communication channels, and delivery practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience assessing business needs and translating them into structured solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing consultations and presentations.
- Proven capability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and drive initiatives from concept to execution.
- Prior experience as a consultant, founder, or entrepreneur is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with common digital tools for project management, collaboration, and product tracking (e.g., Jira, Trello, Notion, or similar).
