Company Description The FaceCraft Project is a dermatologist-developed skincare brand built on over 80 years of clinical dermatology legacy across three generations of the Kandhari family. Role Description As an in-house Performance Marketer at The FaceCraft Project, you will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across paid search, paid social, and other performance channels to drive customer acquisition and retention. You will analyze campaign data daily, manage budgets, track key performance metrics, and generate insights to improve return on ad spend and overall marketing efficiency. You will collaborate closely with brand, content, and product teams to align messaging, landing pages, and offers with performance goals, and run A/B tests to continuously refine targeting, creatives, and user journeys. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, requiring strong ownership of performance marketing initiatives and a keen interest in the skincare and beauty space.
Qualifications
- Strong performance marketing skills, including hands-on experience with paid search (e.g., Google Ads), paid social (e.g., Meta, Instagram), and other digital ad platforms.
- Proficiency in analytics and measurement, such as using Google Analytics or similar tools, tracking KPIs, interpreting data, and optimizing campaigns based on performance insights.
- Experience in conversion rate optimization, including A/B testing, landing page optimization, funnel analysis, and improving customer acquisition and retention metrics.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce and D2C marketing, including audience segmentation, remarketing strategies, and full-funnel campaign planning.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with creative, content, and product teams to align campaigns with brand and business goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in skincare, beauty, or consumer brands is a plus, along with curiosity about dermatology-led and science-backed products.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, with a proactive, data-driven approach and a focus on continuous learning and experimentation.
