About the role
Bachelor's in health-related field or AA+2 years experience; obtain nationally recognized health coach certification within 12 months (e.g., NCC or NBC-HWCB); experience with patient coaching, vitals collection, goal-setting, and motivational interviewing; familiar with Google Suite; bilingual a plus.
