Stock Bazaar is a stock market analytics platform built for Indian retail investors. We give users watchlists, charting and market analytics across NSE-listed securities, alongside the ability to consolidate holdings from multiple broking accounts into a single portfolio view. The product covers valuation, allocation and performance, so investors can see everything they hold in one place instead of switching between broker apps. We are a small, fast moving team building for a market of millions of retail investors, and we are looking for an HR Specialist to own the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
What you will do
- Own the full employee lifecycle end to end, from hiring and onboarding through to exit and offboarding
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer rollout
- Handle onboarding and documentation for new joiners
- Maintain employee records, attendance and leave on our HRMS
- Support payroll inputs and coordinate with finance
- Run performance review and probation confirmation cycles
- Manage exits: resignations, notice periods, full and final settlement and relieving documentation
- Handle employee queries, engagement and day-to-day HR operations
- Ensure statutory compliance across PF, ESI and labour regulations
What we are looking for
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a generalist HR role
- Hands-on experience with an HRMS platform
- Strong working knowledge of Indian labour law and statutory compliance
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Good to have
- Experience hiring for IT and engineering roles
- Prior experience at a fintech company
- Experience working with Zoho ecosystem
Details
- Location: Delhi NCR, full-time on-site
- Working days: Monday to Saturday
- Compensation: up to 6 LPA
- Joining: immediate joiners preferred
