WE’RE HIRING | HR PROFESSIONAL
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Experience: 4–5 Years
Work Mode: On-site, IST hours
We are looking for an experienced and people-focused HR professional to join our growing team in Chennai.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Handle employee relations and day-to-day HR operations
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, attendance and leave
• Support implementation and improvement of HR policies and processes
• Coordinate performance management and employee engagement initiatives
• Manage training and development requirements
• Ensure smooth communication between employees and management
• Support HR compliance and organizational requirements
• Work closely with the Operations and Management teams on workforce planning and people-related initiatives
What We’re Looking For
-4–5 years of relevant HR experience
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Good knowledge of HR operations and recruitment
-Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
-Professional, proactive, and people-oriented approach
