We’re looking for an HR & Talent Acquisition professional to join the Chennai team of a US-focused healthcare technology and RCM company.
This role would suit someone with hands-on experience across TA and HR, particularly within the US healthcare / RCM space.
What we’re looking for:
- 4–5+ years of experience across Talent Acquisition and HR
- Experience hiring for US healthcare / RCM roles — AR Calling, Payment Posting, RCM and related functions
- Good understanding of volume hiring and candidate management
- Comfortable handling day-to-day HR responsibilities alongside recruitment
- Comfortable working from office
Notice period: Immediate joiners preferred; maximum 2 weeks.
