Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders and process partners (recruitment, HR Business Partners, payroll, scheduling) to ensure customer requests are processed on time.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, taking ownership of preparing and managing incident records to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Create offer letters, employment contracts, forms, validate certificates, update employee records, hiring guides, transfer documentation, termination documents, and update worker status across various HR tools according to business needs.
- Manage the creation of employee files in network units and handle e‑filing of employee documents.
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience
- English level B2–C1
- Microsoft Office proficiency
