Hiring | HR Manager / Senior HR Manager – Foundation & Education Vertical
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join a leading and reputed group for a newly created HR role based in Bengaluru.
This is a hands-on Individual Contributor role with an opportunity to build and strengthen HR processes across schools, skill development initiatives and a cultural institution.
🔹 Experience: 12–15 years
🔹 Location: Bengaluru
🔹 Reporting: Senior HR Leadership
Salary range - 25LPA
Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end Talent Acquisition for teaching, non-teaching, training and institutional roles
• HR Business Partnering with multiple business units
• Employee engagement, performance management and employee relations
• Labour law, statutory compliance, POSH and audit readiness
• Manpower planning, salary structuring and onboarding
• Developing and revamping HR policies and processes
• Building HR systems and frameworks from the ground up
• Working closely with senior stakeholders across diverse environments
Ideal Candidate:
✅ 12–15 years of progressive HR experience
✅ MBA/PG in HR or related field
✅ Experience in Education / Schools / Skill Development / NGO / Foundation / Cultural Institutions preferred
✅ Strong exposure to HRBP + Recruitment + Compliance
✅ Comfortable working independently as an Individual Contributor
✅ Someone who is hands-on, proactive and comfortable driving change
✅ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
✅ Should have the mindset to roll up their sleeves and build things from scratch
