As the organisation grows, we are looking for an experienced and highly hands-on HR Manager who can build a strong team, create effective people processes and develop a culture of accountability, professionalism and service excellence.
The Role
The HR Manager will take ownership of the complete employee lifecycle at Angel Health Centre — from identifying and recruiting the right talent to onboarding, performance management, training, engagement, retention and exit management.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys building an organisation rather than simply administering an established HR function.
The individual will work closely with the management and doctors to ensure that Angel attracts, develops and retains high-quality people who reflect the standards of a premium healthcare organisation.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Own end-to-end recruitment across clinical, operations, front office, sales, marketing and management roles.

- Implement monthly and quarterly performance reviews.
- Track employee performance against defined expectations.
- Work with department heads to identify performance gaps.
- Create Performance Improvement Plans where required.

- Recognise and reward high-performing employees.
- Develop initiatives to improve employee motivation and retention.
6. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
- Maintain accurate attendance and leave records.
- Ensure adherence to working hours, weekly offs and leave policies.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with accounts/payroll partners.
- Maintain salary, incentive and employee documentation.
- Resolve employee payroll and attendance queries.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR MIS.
7. HR Policies & SOPs
- Develop and implement practical HR policies appropriate for a growing healthcare organisation.
- Create employee handbooks, workplace policies and HR SOPs.
- Ensure employees understand and acknowledge organisational policies.
