Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode, responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR functions within the organization. This role includes managing recruitment and onboarding processes, coordinating workforce planning, and ensuring effective staffing for project and office requirements. The Human Resources Manager will handle employee relations, performance management, training coordination, and HR policy implementation in alignment with organizational goals. Daily responsibilities also involve administering payroll and benefits, maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies, and ensuring proper documentation and HR reporting. The role works closely with leadership and site teams to support a positive work culture, address HR issues promptly, and contribute to continuous improvement of HR systems and processes.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning to support project and corporate hiring needs.
- Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Proficiency in HR policy development, HR operations, and documentation, including handling contracts, employee records, and HR reports.
- Knowledge of payroll administration, benefits management, and HR compliance with relevant labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Ability to coordinate training, development, and engagement initiatives to build skills and improve employee retention.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Comfort with HR software and MS Office tools; experience implementing or working within systems-driven HR processes is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior HR experience in construction, engineering, or industrial sectors is preferred.
