Industry: US Staffing / Recruitment (Night Shift-On-Site)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead internal hiring across US Staffing functions
Hire experienced Account Managers, Technical Recruiters, Bench Sales Recruiters, OPT Recruiters, and Delivery professionals
Source and recruit candidates with SI Client experience (Tech Mahindra, Wipro, Virtusa, TCS, and similar organisations)
Leverage a strong professional network and employee references to identify top talent
Manage employee onboarding, induction, engagement, performance, and retention
Oversee HR operations and ensure a seamless employee lifecycle
Partner with business leaders to support organisational growth
We're Looking For:
✅ Proven HR experience in the US Staffing industry
✅ Demonstrated success in hiring professionals with SI Client experience
✅ Strong network and ability to source candidates through professional references and industry connections
✅ Excellent knowledge of recruitment strategies, onboarding, and HR operations
✅ Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced staffing environment
