We're hiring: Manager / Senior Manager — Human Resources
📍 Ghorad Plant, Nagpur, Maharashtra
Metlok manufactures specialty adhesives and sealants for industrial customers across India. We're a promoter-led business that has grown its team significantly over the last two years — and we're now building proper people systems for the first time.
This is a build role, not a maintenance role.
You'd be the first HR professional in the company, reporting directly to the Director, owning:
• Performance management — goal setting, reviews, calibration
• The grade ladder, CTC bands, and the annual increment cycle
• Direct hiring for technical, sales, and plant roles
• A structured trainee and onboarding program
• Statutory compliance across 12 locations
What we're looking for: 10–14 years in HR, at least 6 in manufacturing with a plant on site. Someone who has personally run a full performance cycle and built a grade structure — not supported one inside a large HR team.
This won't suit a specialist from a big corporate HR function. It needs breadth and hands-on ownership.
MBA/PGDM (HR) or MSW. A background in specialty chemicals, adhesives, paints, or coatings is an advantage.
