Role Description The Human Resources Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The intern will support day-to-day HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. Responsibilities include helping implement HR policies, supporting onboarding and documentation, and maintaining accurate employee data. The intern will assist in coordinating employee benefits and engagement initiatives, preparing HR reports, and responding to routine HR queries under supervision. This role provides exposure to HR practices within a fast-paced digital marketing education environment and offers opportunities to learn from experienced HR and training professionals.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess skills related to HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
- Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management and basic employee record-keeping.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in New Delhi, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office or equivalent productivity tools; familiarity with HR software is an advantage.
- Interest in learning HR practices in the digital marketing and education sector.
