Talent Acquisition Intern
Company: Scale 100X.ai by Expertrons
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Internship: 6 Months + PPO based on Performance
Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000/month
About the Role
We are looking for MBA freshers and fresh graduates who want to start their career in Talent Acquisition.
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will get hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, and onboarding candidates.
Key Responsibilities
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial calls with candidates
• Shortlist candidates as per job requirements
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Assist with offer and onboarding processes
• Maintain recruitment trackers and daily hiring updates
• Support the HR team in achieving hiring targets
Who Can Apply?
• 0.6-1 Year of Experience will add a Point
• MBA fresher or fresh graduate (HR preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Interested in HR and Recruitment
• Proactive and willing to learn
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with BYOD (Bring Your Own Device)
