Role Description
The HR Intern will assist with day-to-day HR operations at Rays Education, including maintaining employee records, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records
- Coordinate interviews and support onboarding activities
- Help organize training sessions
- Assist with performance and engagement initiatives
- Support HR communication across the organization
- Contribute to HR data entry, documentation, and reporting
- Learn HR policies and best practices in an education-focused environment
Qualifications
- MBA (freshly graduated or final semester), HR specialization preferred
- Strong interest in Human Resources, people operations, and talent development
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks
- Basic familiarity with HR concepts (recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement)
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools; comfortable with spreadsheets and documents
- Attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, learner mindset
- Interest in the education sector is an advantage
