Position: HR Intern:
Stipend: ₹12,000–₹15,000 per month

Role Description:
The Human Resources Intern at RaahiGlobal will support day-to-day HR operations in a full-time, remote capacity.
Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment activities, helping maintain employee records, and supporting onboarding and orientation processes.
The intern will contribute to drafting and updating HR documents and policies, coordinating employee benefits information, and responding to routine HR inquiries.
They will help organize virtual HR-related events or training sessions, support data entry and reporting tasks, and collaborate with the HR team on improving internal processes and employee experience.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and interest in pursuing a career in HR.
- Ability to support HR Management activities, including recruitment coordination and employee record maintenance.
- Basic understanding of HR Policies and compliance, with the ability to assist in drafting and updating HR documents.
- Awareness of Employee Benefits and willingness to help communicate and clarify benefits information to team members.
- Skills in Personnel Management support, including professionalism, confidentiality, and respectful interaction with employees and candidates.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and HR-related software or databases is beneficial.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with diverse, cross-cultural teams.
