As our HR Intern, you will serve as the core execution engine for our human capital and talent architecture during our most critical launch phase. This is not a traditional corporate HR role focused on paper-pushing. You will work directly with the founding team to source, attract, and onboard elite AI talent, while actively shaping the culture of a fast-scaled startup.
Your core objective is to ensure absolute operational speed and strategic cohesion as we build out our core team of builders.

๐๐ป๐ฑ-๐๐ผ-๐๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐ข๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐: Own the candidate pipeline mechanics. Manage high-context scheduling, coordinate interviews, track operational analytics, and act as the project management layer for unowned hiring workflows.
