About the Internship
NeoSales Consulting is looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to gain practical, hands-on experience in Human Resources. This internship provides exposure to recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Support employee engagement activities
- Assist with employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintain and update basic HR records
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administration
- Coordinate with employees and management
- Assist the HR team with various people-related activities
Who Should Apply?
- Fresh graduates or students interested in Human Resources
- Candidates looking to build a career in HR
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility
- Ability to multitask and work in a team
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace is an advantage
MBA is NOT required. We value attitude, commitment, communication, and willingness to learn.
