Roles & Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms.
- Post internship and job openings across various recruitment channels.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Assist in onboarding new interns and employees.
- Maintain HR documentation and employee records.
- Coordinate with different departments for hiring requirements.
- Respond to candidate queries professionally.
- Support employee engagement and HR activities.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or any related field.
- Freshers and students are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is an added advantage.
