🔹 Role Overview
As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience across core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, coordination, and HR operations. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a strong foundation in Human Resources and Talent Management within a fast-paced EdTech environment.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for interns and entry-level roles
- Support onboarding and documentation processes
- Maintain and update candidate and employee records
- Coordinate with internal teams for hiring and training activities
- Assist in HR communications, follow-ups, and reporting
- Support engagement initiatives and HR process improvements
🎯 Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of HR concepts (recruitment, onboarding, HR operations)
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Self-motivated and willing to learn in a structured environment

- Any undergraduate / graduate (HR, Management, or related fields preferred)
- Freshers are welcome
- Training and guidance will be provided
