Dr. Shroff's Charity Eye Hospital is looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven HR Intern to join our Human Resources team and gain hands-on exposure to HR Data Management, HR MIS, Employee Documentation, and HR Operations in a professional healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ HR Data Management & Record Maintenance
✅ Advanced Excel-based Reporting (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
✅ Employee Joining, Onboarding & Exit Documentation
✅ HR Dashboards & MIS Reports
✅ Day-to-day HR Operations Support
Eligibility & Requirements:
🎓 MBA in Human Resources (Completed) – Mandatory
📊 Strong command of Advanced Excel – Mandatory
🔍 Good analytical skills & attention to detail
🤝 Strong communication and coordination skills
🔒 Ability to maintain confidentiality
