Role Description
DataPlay is looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support learner counselling, industry outreach, and people engagement activities. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, candidate communication, business relationship building, and career support initiatives.
The intern will work closely with the team to understand learner requirements, provide counselling support, connect with companies for partnership opportunities, and assist in building strong industry relationships.
This is an on-site full-time internship role based in Jaipur.
Key ResponsibilitiesLearner Counselling & Engagement
- Conduct counselling sessions with students and learners to understand their career goals and challenges.
- Provide guidance regarding courses, career paths, skill development, and job preparation.
- Follow up with learners to track progress, engagement, and requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with students through calls, messages, and meetings.
Industry Outreach & Business Communication
- Reach out to companies for hiring partnerships, internship opportunities, and collaboration opportunities.
- Identify potential organizations and maintain professional communication with HR teams and recruiters.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate discussions with companies.
- Maintain records of company interactions and follow-up activities.
HR & Administrative Support
- Assist in maintaining candidate and learner records.
- Support recruitment-related activities and internal HR processes.
- Prepare reports related to counselling activities, outreach efforts, and engagement metrics.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of HR initiatives.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with students, professionals, and company representatives.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable with calling, networking, and professional communication.
- Basic knowledge of spreadsheets and digital tools.
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and take ownership.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in counselling, sales, recruitment, customer success, or business development is a plus.
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively.
- Interest in education, technology, and career development.
Internship Details
Role: HR Intern – Counselling & Industry Outreach
Location: Jaipur (On-site)
Duration: 3–6 Months
Compensation: Up to ₹10,000 per month
